(1) The Government of Nepal may arrange contracts for the catching and killing of any one or more types of waterfowl in any water under its control.
(2) The local bodies should consult with the technical officer when awarding the contract for fish farming or fishing in accordance with the prevailing law.
(3) When awarding the contract as per sub-section (1) or (2), the standards of the means to be used to catch or catch waterfowl shall be as prescribed.
(4) The procedure for awarding the contract as per sub-section (1) or (2) shall be as prescribed.
